David graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law. He was an Articles Editor on the Journal of Health Care Law and Policy, and a member of the Moot Court Board, after being a quarter finalist in the Myerowitz Moot Court Competition. Before pursuing his law degree, David attended McDaniel College in Carroll County, Maryland, where he graduated magna cum laude as a member of Phi Betta Kappa, after studying History, Acting, and German.
David has practiced law in Allegany, Garrett and Washington Counties since 2015, representing clients in a broad range of matters. David is an excellent communicator, and he puts his experience, compassion, patience, and knowledge of the law to work for his clients every day.
